This questionnaire is not obligatory, but has been prepared to help support patients diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) or Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP). In the past, it has been found that great support can be provided by having a past patient visit a current patient who is going through the treatment of the disorder, particularly if the visitor has had a similar experience and recovered.
